Other Things To Note:
A special word about our Wi-Fi service, while we do provide free Wi-Fi service to all of our guests, and recently upgraded our system, the service here is not 100% reliable. This is mostly due to the remoteness of the location. If the system is not working 100% while you are here, we sincerely apologize. If there is a silver lining to this, it might be that unplugging for awhile will afford you more time to take in the wonders of this magnificent area. If the Wi-Fi isn`t working well during your stay, and you must get online, there are several cafes in town that offer free Wi-Fi (and serve great cappuccino too!)

Tubac is a charming artists' colony filled with one-of-a-kind arts and crafts. Many of the galleries are open for browsing daily with an opportunity to meet the artist. From wind sculptures, to gemstones, jewelry, and classical fine art, there is much to see and appreciate in the town of Tubac!
Go on a grand adventure...
For all it's history, Tubac remains an active artists' colony with many events held throughout the year. Twice-annual art festivals bring together artists from around the country with the resident artists of Tubac to provide an amazing selection of art. Other events include Anza Days, the Hot Air Balloon Glow & Festival, Tubac Luminaria Nights, and the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show.
Tubac's wild high-desert regions are home to a diverse family of wildlife, from quail to coyotes, lizards big and small, curious prairie dogs, big-eared jack rabbits, and America's most diverse selection of migratory birds. Many bird watchers come to Tubac during the best months for birding, from March through September. Late April and May, and late August and September, offer the greatest diversity of species, including migrants and spring/summer residents. Winter is the season for sparrows and occasional southern vagrants such as the rufous-backed robin.
Tubac's history is embedded in the timeless folktales of Native America and the early missionary settling of America's Wild West. Take a walk back through time along the Anza National Historic Trail or visit the remaining original settlements of the Tumacácori and San Xavier Missions. The charming town of Tubac melds the classic and the modern in the timeless architecture of the area's finest restaurants, shops, and galleries.
